Consultations may be conducted face-to-face or online. There are strict Covid-19 regulations adhered to at the practice.

My rates are based on Discovery medical aid rates. You may be eligible for private healthcare rebates.

We kindly ask that the account is settled by the patient on the day of consultation, after which the patient will be re-imbursed by their medical aid, if eligible. The practice is willing to claim from the medical aid on behalf of the patient.

A once-off consultation is possible, however it is advised that a new patient commits to at least 3 consultations for optimal results. Please note that if an individualised meal plan is created, at least one follow up consultation is required a week after the initial assessment during which the meal plan will be discussed. There is a 7-day turn around for meal plans.

Overall, the number of consultations required is entirely patient-specific and will be decided between the Dietitian and patient.
